These workouts combine Mat Pilates inspired exercises, repetitive movements and 30 seconds on-10 seconds off intervals to focus attention on specific muscle groups and get your heart pumping. Throw in a little water, the sounds of nature and a few of your friends and your body, mind and spirit are in for a makeover!
